Kevin M. Fitzpatrick, Attorney at Law
Kevin M. Fitzpatrick has represented financial institutions for over twenty years, focusing primarily on creditor's rights and consumer debt collection litigation. 

Mr. Fitzpatrick received an undergraduate degree from Radford University in 1982 and a law degree, with distinction, from the George Mason University School of Law in 1989.  After obtaining his law degree, Mr. Fitzpatrick clerked for the Honorable Charles Duff in the Virginia Court of Appeals before taking a position with the law firm of Miles & Stockbridge, where he focused primarily on creditor-side bankruptcy and creditors' rights.

In 1993 Mr. Fitzpatrick opened his own office in Fairfax, Virginia, and since that time has been representing creditors and financial institutions in cases involving creditor's rights and collections in the courts of Maryland and Virginia.
